What makes a theme better/worse than the other depends on how good the author takes care of the details.
When a theme passes one feature, points will be given. The total score of a theme will decide if that theme gets either a Gold, Silver, Bronze status or just nothing.

Themes that have scored more than 90% will be awarded a Certified Gold status. |
